Overview

Children are often likened to a blank sheet of paper which will become what they are based on what we write on, or a ball of clay which can be shaped & moulded in any kinds of forms. For that reason, it is of utmost importance when it comes to raising and developing children because it affects not only the future of each child but also the society as a whole.

Carrying the mission of providing man resources for early childhood educators, every year the ECDA (Early Childhood Development Agency) Singapore organizes a career fair to engage with individuals who develop interests and seek opportunities to become educators for children aged less than 7.

Balance is honored to take part in the project to spread the meaningful message to the public with the primary objective of helping to drive the workforce in the education sector through creative and inspiring story telling. Our animated video and still assets demonstrate the 3 main roles of Infant educator, Early year Educator and Preschool educator - showing how each teacher’s role empowers the kids in better ways from an early age.
