Overview

The Committee of Supply 2025 project is a bold and expressive visual journey that celebrates youth, community, and arts & heritage in Singapore. Commissioned by the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY) and brought to life by GOVT & Balance, the project features a distinctive paper cut-out aesthetic, seamlessly blending photography and illustrations to establish a compelling key visual hierarchy.

Anchored by polka dots and circular rings, the design embodies movement, unity, and the vibrant connections within Singapore’s cultural landscape. Beyond the key visual, Balance also crafted three 30-second motion graphics films, further enhancing the storytelling experience. The entire project was completed within an ambitious four-week timeline, delivering a visually rich and engaging narrative that highlights the spirit of our communities and the power of the arts.

This creative execution not only elevates the Committee of Supply discussions but also reinforces the role of culture and heritage in shaping Singapore’s future.
